ગયા વર્ષે પ્રથમ lockdownની શરૂઆતી નવરાશમાં પ્રયત્ન કરેલો. માર્ચ 21એ spring equinox નિમિત્તે મૂળ કવિતા વાંચી હતી. આજે વસંત પંચમી છે તો યાદ આવી ગયું.
આવી આવી રે વસંત,
લાવી લાવી એ ઉમંગ!
(હળવેથી, અચાનકથી)
જાણે કોઈ કુમળો હાથ સજાવે એક ઝરૂખી
એમ ચોપાસને ગોઠવતી, બદલતી, ઠેકાણે પાડતી
(જેને લોક બસ જોયા જ કરે – કુતૂહલથી
એવી એ – જાણી છતાં અણજાણી)
હળવેથી, ચોપાસ કાયા પલટતી!
આવી આવી રે વસંત,
લાવી લાવી એ ઉમંગ!
(જાણે નીકળ્યો એક હાથ બારી મહીંથી
જૂના ને નવા-ની ફેરબદલ કરી આપતી
અને લોક બસ જોયા જ કરે – ચીવટથી
સજાવતી એક માસૂમ કળી અહીં
હવાની એક પાતળી લહેરખી તહીં)
કશું જ તોડ્યા વગર, જાણે સંધુય બદલતી!!
